Newly established chapter in 2019, so come join us!
Crete FCCLA is a brand new chapter and we were very lucky to have many CHS students interested in our chapter in the school year of 2019-2020. With 15 new impressive members, we will work hard in the future years to gain more awareness to what FCCLA is as an organization at our school. If you are interested in FCCLA, please reach out to our officers and Mrs. Bright. We hope you look into the activities and projects our chapter advocates. Tell your peers about us and we hope to see you at our Welcome Meeting in August of 2020.

This was the first experience new members were very excited for. Our first group photo! Some of our members could not make it to Seward, but our members had a wonderful experience as a chapter. Crete FCCLA has many freshmen members which is incredible because our chapter is excited to see what they bring to the table in future years. Some freshmen members in the picture includes Kimmy Zapata-Ramos, Kiya Garrelts, Seven Dixon, Gia Balli, and Noelle Osbahr.
These are our junior members, Kelly Ortiz, Taya Schrunk, and Kathia Dimas. Kelly is our president and Kathia is our vice president of membership. Our chapter is excited to see our junior members finding interest in FCCLA this year. Besides a high number of freshmen members, Crete FCCLA also have many junior members. All three members took FCS classes with Mrs. Bright in 2019-2020 and have recruited their friends to join FCCLA as well.
Tram Ngo is a junior and is handing out Halloween candy in CHS parking lot during Trunk-or-Treat. Tram was invited to an FCCLA meeting by Kathia DImas and ran for Vice President of Public Relations during that meeting! Thank you to her friends, she got involved in FCCLA this past year. She spent a lot of time with her fellow FCCLA members preparing for their district and state projects.
